If you are looking for a large, family friendly and park-like community, Sterling on the Lake is the place for you.

Located in Flowery Branch, GA, Sterling on the lake is huge in comparison to other communities int he area.  They have 1,700 home sites nestled among 200 acres of open green space.  The focal point of Sterling is the 45 acre Lake Sterling, which features a lake island, a community dock, and "catch and release" fishing.  There are also a number of smaller lakes in the community, totaling about 30 acres.  

With this many residents, you can be assured that Sterling on the Lake has a lot going on!  

There is truly a community feel here, and the year round special events such as summer concerts, fall pumpkin festivals, and winter bazaars bring everyone together.  Sterling on the Lake was created with the family in mind, and there are countless children's amenities.  From the sparkling pool with a kid's water park, waterfalls, 4 playgrounds, and a two story children's tree house, the little ones are very well taken care of.  
 

The whole family can enjoy the perks of the Village center, which features the pool, fitness center and clubhouse in a wooded village type setting.  the Village Lawn and Lakeside Pavilion make for easy outdoor entertaining.  You will never be bored at Sterling on the Lake.  Evening strolls on the walking and biking trails or a Saturday match on their 10 ALTA approved lighted tennis courts can keep anyone busy.  To say that this community has it all would be an understatement!
