If you are looking for a large, family friendly and park-like community, Sterling on the Lake is the place for you.
Located in Flowery Branch, GA, Sterling on the lake is huge in comparison to other communities int he area. They have 1,700 home sites nestled among 200 acres of open green space. The focal point of Sterling is the 45 acre Lake Sterling, which features a lake island, a community dock, and "catch and release" fishing. There are also a number of smaller lakes in the community, totaling about 30 acres.With this many residents, you can be assured that Sterling on the Lake has a lot going on!
