Brianne loves her lions! She has them in her bed and just smiled proudly when I told her who gave them to her and why. I definitely want you to come over when we get in there and help me with some things. You may be tired of us by now! I promise I won't call you anymore and say, "Hey Laura....there's this house on 2 acres, 5bdrm....etc.!!" I could always tell when you said "Renee, just trust me...." You were always right. Now, I'll just call and say, "Hey Laura, will you come look at this furniture, etc....."! Well, we'll be there Wednesday after they load our stuff. - Thanks to Ryan we found a great match for our needs close to Atlanta and only 10 minutes from work! This was a great buy from an eager seller and Ryan was the most helpful agent we had found to work with. He constantly provided a large list of potential homes that we could screen through to choose the ones we wanted to look at. He was professional and available to meet our schedule. He also was relentless and gave 110% effort in helping our daughter who works nights get her first home recently. She had to jump through alot of extra hoops and got discouraged by the mortgage companies requests almost to the point of quitting. - Ryan was my buyer’s agent from Keller Williams when I purchased my first home Dec 2009, and he was very helpful from start to finish. I had dealt with other real estate agents that year and most were very nice but many did not have the information I needed. More importantly it seemed that none of them were really listening to what kind of home I had in mind. Ryan, however, showed me homes that specifically caught my interest, based on the criteria I gave him and the homes I told him I did not like. The website that he set up to allow me to search for homes was also very useful. Even after our first contract did not pan out, Ryan remained positive and realistic as we looked for better options. What honestly impressed me most was Ryan’s eagerness to "go the extra mile." When my loan agent was unable to answer my questions about the first time homebuyer tax exemption, Ryan found the information. When the sellers had difficulty providing paperwork, Ryan went to the county to get the needed documentation. When we got to closing and the county had yet to mail back signed papers and the attorney could not go get them, Ryan drove to the court house and took care of it. None of this was necessarily his job but he did it with a smile on his face. Ironically, the very first home he showed us turned out to be the one, and we are very happy there.
